Enhanced Learning Credits are a fantastic opportunity to further your career or enhance your knowledge. However, there are one or two things that you need to remember
- ELC funding can only be used for course that are equivalent to a Level 3 Cetificate. The only PADI course that qualifies is the Instructor Development Course. The funding cannot be used for any courses that lead up to the instructor programme, even if they are put together as a “package”.
- Organizations that offer training that is inelligible using ELC funding are breaking the regulations. You could potentially have to pay back the funding if you take funds for the wrong courses.
- The ELC administration process takes at least 8 weeks – please leave plenty of time for processing
- The ELC process can be a bit daunting. The good news is that we have been through it ourselves and know the system. If you are not sure please give us a call and we will contact you.
