The PADI Boat Diver speciality course is an introduction to boat diving designed to help the student diver develop the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary for safe boat diving. It looks at a range of considerations including:
- Planning, organization, procedures and techniques
- Boat diving etiquette
- Basic and common boat terminology
- Boat diving rules and regulation
- An overview of emergency and safety equipment
The course is conducted over one day and includes 2 open water dives. The price of the course is £149 which includes the crewpack, equipment, certification and boat fees.
