emergency first response

The Emergency First Response course (EFR) is the PADI recommended first aid training programme.  It is not designed specifically for divers, but is a general programme providing primary and secondary care skills.  In addition, the course offers defibrillation training as part of the package.  The EFR Primary Care (CPR) programme teaches you the steps and techniques for handling life threatening emergencies.  In primary care you will learn about:

The costs of full EFR one day programme is £99.  There is no age limit and qualifications are valid for 2 years.
