The environment is very important to us and not only because our business relies upon it. We believe passionately in the preservation of the environment, particularly the marine ecosystems. The world relies on its oceans; without it life cannot exist. We have always been involved in the environment with things like Beach Cleans and underwater rubbish collection. We have also given talks in local schools about protecting our marine environment. In 2013 we were awarded a PADI Green Star award for our commitment to the environmentThere are several excellent organizations out there doing what they can to protect the marine environment. We are also closely involved with Just One Ocean, and Plastic Oceans Foundation both organisation that are looking at a range of ocean issues. Why not take a look at these sites to find out what work they are doing.We intend to continue to expand our involvement in this area by increasing our links with other equally concerned organisations, and of course by ensuring that we spread the right messages. So don’t be surprised if we mention the marine environment quite a bit if you come on a course with us. We can all make a difference and we hope you will join us in trying to do so.
