The PADI Underwater Navigator Speciality course is designed to familiarize divers with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of underwater navigation.  If you find yourself getting lost all the time, then this could be the course for you.  Topics covered include:

• Planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems and hazards of underwater navigation
• methods of estimating distance underwater
• natural navigation techniques
• using underwater patterns
• dive site relocation techniques
• compass navigation techniques

The course is conducted over two days and includes 3 open water dives.  The price of the course is £199 which includes the crewpack, equipment and certification.  Dive site entry fees are payable in addition.  To participate on this course you must be a PADI Open Water Diver, Junior Open Water Divers or a similar qualification from another training organization.   Minimum age is 10 and you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire.
