PADI have recently launched their eLearning Open Water programme so you can do the whole theory section of the course on-line, the ultimate flexibility.

The idea is simple, you book on to the eLearning programme by clicking on the logo above. Go through the clear prompts on the site that the link takes you to, and select Triton Scuba as your Dive Centre of choice. (You have to select a centre as you will need to come to us for your pool and open water training). Once you have logged on you can go through the interactive eLearning programme at your leisure. You will get an email from us when you have logged to tell you that we know you are on the programme. It is the ultimate flexible learning programme; you can even do your studying at 3.00 in the morning if you really want! We will support you and be with you every step of the way by email, or by telephone if you have specific queries. So effectively you will be getting one-to-one training.

You can pretty much take as long as you like - you have twelve months to complete it. Once you have finished, you print off the completion certificate and medical, come and see us in the Dive Centre and we will load you onto the pool training session of your choice. From there you will join any of the open water training weekends we have running at your convenience.
better value ....
There is an additional payment of US $120 on top of your Open Water course fee when you go through the eLearning system. You need to pay this fee to PADI directly to cover the cost of the on-line training. There is a secure system so that you can do this. Our fees are the same, so you pay us the normal £319 
when you come in to finish off the course. This will include all the other elements of your course, and the top up pack that you will need (tables and log books). To start your Open Water course today using eLearning click on the logo.
