PADI Instructor Development Course

Well you have made it to Divemaster, so why not go all the way.  We are the only centre in Portsmouth and Hampshire with a full time Course Director on the staff, so you know your training will be second to none.  The PADI Instructor Development Course is designed to further develop the leadership and teaching abilities of PADI Divemasters to the Open Water Instructor levels. The training allows candidates to implement the PADI system in confined water, classroom and open water environments as well as looking at PADIs educational goals and philosophies.

The PADI IDC begins with independent learning online which is completed prior to joining the course.  When you join us we then spend a further 7 days teaching you all you need to know.  In the middle of the course you will complete the EFR Instructors course, a pre-requisite to becoming a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor.

We run several IDCs throughout the year in the UK  The cost of the course is £895.  This price does not include materials, registration or dive site entry fees.  Please contact us for further inquiries.
