Get Your PADI .... the Open Water Course

The PADI Open Water Course is the entry level course designed for the absolute beginner. It gives you a diving qualification, recognised world-wide, and will be your passport to a lifetime of adventure! The certification is a lifetime award and qualifies you to dive down to 18 metres with someone of the same level. We think our Open Water course is the best around.

Who should take this course?

If you’ve always wanted to take scuba diving lessons, experience unparalleled adventure and see the world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. Get your scuba diving certification with the PADI Open Water Diver course – the world’s most popular and widely recognized scuba course. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course.

To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course (or Junior Open Water Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.

How does it work?

Our PADI Open Water Courses are run over two weekends and a new course starts every month. The course is broken down into a number of modules to make learning easy and fun. The theory part of the course is conducted by way of eLearning, so you can study at your own pace.  The course includes up to 8 hours of pool training and the emphasis is always on safety and fun.

On the second weekend, with loads of new found skills under your belt we take you open water to finish your training.

What will it cost?

The cost of the course is £599.00.  This includes your e-learning package, all equipment, and your certification fees. It does not include transport to the open water training sites or the site entrance fees. Transport may be available to the open water training sites for a small additional cost.
